The locals call the beach Nisaki, located between Kotronas and Flomochori. This sandy shoreline with pebbles and shallow waters stretches for 110 meters and is 87 kilometres from Sparta and 25 kilometres from Gythio. It is perfect for families with children looking for a safe and enjoyable destination.
Visitors can find changing rooms, showers, and restrooms available, although the beach has yet to have official facilities. The stone-built church of the Virgin Mary is also located in the vicinity, adding to its charm. A peninsula, approximately 300 meters long, connects the beach to the island of Skopas, making it a popular destination for tourists. This appealing beach was officially recognised as a swimming beach in 1991.
